Yes. We handle complete removal and same-day disposal of old flooring materials including carpet, tile, hardwood, vinyl, and baseboards. We ensure your space is clean and ready for the new installation.

3. What types of flooring do you install?

We specialize in hardwood, engineered hardwood, laminate, vinyl plank or tile, carpet, and vinyl composite tile. We also install stairs, railings, baseboards, and door casings.

4. Do you offer floor leveling or repair before installation?

Absolutely. We perform all necessary subfloor and joist repairs, self-leveling, concrete grinding, and full subfloor screw-downs to ensure a stable, even surface before laying your new floors.
All repair and installation work is backed by a 1-year workmanship warranty.

5. Can you provide the flooring materials?

Yes. Through our mobile showroom, we bring flooring samples directly to your home during your estimate. We supply solid hardwood, engineered flooring, vinyl plank, carpet, floor registers, baseboards, and mouldings.

6. Are you insured and certified?

Yes. Referral Flooring maintains full WSIB clearance and liability insurance. Our installers follow all safety regulations and industry standards to protect both your property and our crew.

7. How do you protect my home during installation?

We treat your space with respect — using protective coverings, clean tools, and safe practices. We also move furniture if needed and always leave the area tidy once the job is complete.

8. How long does an installation usually take?

Time varies depending on the size and type of project, but most standard installations are completed within 1–3 days. During your estimate, we’ll provide a clear timeline so you know exactly what to expect.
